Emily McNamee

Emily is 19 years old and owns her own coffee shop in her hometown Durham. Emily prides herself in coming close to her family which are very supportive with her musical dreams; Emily has always loved music and had auditioned for various things over the years. It was Emily’s idea to put together the band Bad Lashes. Emily is known as the flirty one in the group.

Sophie Wilson

Sophie Wilson is 23 and is a singer from Hartlepool. Sophie met the girls from Bad Lashes at a theatre school and bonded with the girls straight away. Sophie’s granddad was a singer years ago and claims that he is her inspiration. Sophie sings in clubs in her local area and calls herself the jazz singer. Sophie sang in front of the queen on Memorial Day. Sophie also describes herself as the chatty one in the girl group Bad Lashes.

Stacy Lincoln

Stacy Lincoln is 20 and is also from Durham, Stacy works as retail assistance at MAC Make-up. Stacy has auditioned for the X-Factor once before but she was 16 and she let her nerves get the better of her, the judge also thought she was too young. After the judges turned her down Bad Lashes had to persuade Stacy to audition for the group. Stacy is known as the sweet one of the group and her family are hugely supportive of her.

About Sam Bennett

Sam Bennett is 21 from Durham and works at Customer service for National Express. Sam had never felt she had a great singing voice until her family and friends persuaded her to during Bad Lashes, Sam calls herself a toilet singer but her family are very proud of her and they think her confidence grows each time she sings with Bad Lashes. Even though the Group Bad Lashes were friends before the group she feels their friendship is getting stronger.
